Your Trainer
Workshops are designed and delivered by our Centre Lead, Emma Findlay. This means we make sure everything is ready and welcoming for teams. You are able to select an off-the-shelf option or work with Emma to create something bespoke. Emma has over 30 years of operational leadership and learning and development experience. Qualified up to Level 7 in leadership and coaching, CIPD accredited with additional qualifications in project management, workplace mediation, neuroscience application and delivery of Insights Discovery. Emma’s passion lies in helping individuals and teams to perform in all types of environments and she is also a qualified psychotherapist and horse enthusiast!
