New for Spring 2024!

We've got some exciting new opportunities and new ways to learn at Stepney in 2024!

'Be the rider your horse would choose'

Tracey Hutchinson will be delivering a workshop focusing on improving balance on Monday 15th January 6.30-7.30pm. With Tracey's support, exercises and expert advice you'll soon be feeling ready to tackle any riding challenge with calm and confidence. This dismounted workshop costs just £8 per person and is bookable via ECPro.

Bit and Bridle fitting talk

On Monday 29th January Aimee Shiel will be visiting from 6pm to talk about the importance of correct bit and bridle fit. She'll be bringing along an equine skull so that we can visualise the actions of different bits in the horses' mouths. This is an essential session for anyone who rides as it's so important to understand what's happening to the horse when we use the rein. £15 payable on the day. Please get in touch if you intend to attend so that we can set the room out for the right amount of people!

Intro to Riding sessions

These a practical dismounted sessions ideal for new riders and their loved ones! Intro sessions include the basics of horse psychology and handling as well as an overview of how our lesson levels work and our coaching philosophy. It's a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have, meet the staff and horses and have lots of fun too! £3 bookable on ECPro.
